The conditional 6V question matters

For 6V battery plus system work, the finder asks whether the vehicle system also needs testing. Answering yes does not let BA301 through that gate.

Conductance, not carbon pile

Its conductivity measurement belongs on the analyzer path. It is not a substitute for an adjustable physical load specified by a service procedure.

Export versus extra hardware

Is it a 6V alternator tester?

Not in our verified record. The 6V permission applies to battery testing; starting and charging coverage is 12V.

Why choose it over BA101?
